The aim of this 4 day intensive executive development programme is to provide women leaders with the tools and strategies they need to excel in today’s dynamic professional landscape. Through two comprehensive modules, we will delve into the intricacies of personal branding, networking, and visibility strategies, equipping participants with the skills to elevate their professional presence. Additionally, we will explore the essence of authentic leadership, focusing on cultivating a leadership style that is true to oneself, which fosters meaningful connections, and leaves a lasting impact.

Module One:
Personal branding, strategic networking and strategies to increase your visibility and success (2 days)
This module aims to improve delegates’ self-leadership terms of their personal branding. This includes their awareness and reflection on who they are, where they want to be in their personal and career trajectory and how they see themselves as getting there. The concepts of being truly unique is covered – being “thumb body special”, finding their happy place “Ikigai” – in both their personal and career life, and having a balanced life. Here the delegates’ “wheel of Life” is unravelled.
Delegates are also encouraged to increase their personal brand visibility through all respective personal and social media platforms for enhanced personal and career progression. The course takes the delegate through a journey of selfconfidence, ultimately for personal and career success.

After completing this module participants will be able to:

Module Two:
Lead with authenticity, presence and impact (2 days)
This module aims to improve delegates’ self-leadership by increasing their self-awareness and uncover the patterns of behaviour that sub-consciously drive and motivate them to act in certain ways. In this profoundly personal exploration, delegates will uncover, analyze, and strengthen the unique characteristics that enable them to lead with authenticity and purpose and bring out the best in others. By making these patterns and motivations conscious enables delegates to transcend them and develop richer, more authentic and impactful ways of leadership.
Using the Enneagram archetypal framework as a sense-making tool to view leadership from 9 lenses of reality will equip delegates with insight, growth and integration and enhance their emotional and interpersonal competency. It does not only reveal what holds an individual back, but also offers insights into the journey towards strength and self-mastery, connecting them to their unique strengths and higher selves. During this 2-day workshop, using a team and systems coaching approach delegates are empowered to take responsibility for their own behaviours and growth, from a greater understanding of why they act and react the way they do.

The EmpowerHER executive development programme is designed to empower driven and committed women who are aspiring to elevate their leadership skills, impact, and presence. To ensure the highest quality experience for all participants, we have established the following entrance requirements:

Professional Experience: Applicants should possess a minimum of five years of professional experience in various industries, demonstrating a track record of leadership, initiative, and career progression.

Leadership Aspirations: Prospective participants should have a genuine interest in advancing their leadership capabilities and contributing positively to their organisations and society.

Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred, showcasing the academic foundation necessary to engage effectively with the program’s curriculum.
