Our Management Development Programme is designed to empower managers in academia who are aspiring to elevate their management and leadership skills, impact, and presence. It is also an excellent choice for those who aspire to a management position in a higher education institution.

Leadership Aspirations: Prospective participants should have a genuine interest in advancing their leadership capabilities and contributing positively to their organisations and society.

Educational Background: An NQF level 8 degree or equivalent is preferred, showcasing the academic foundation necessary to engage effectively with the program’s curriculum.

Applicants must demonstrate a proficient level of English language proficiency in both written and spoken forms.

Access to a computer and internet for virtual sessions. Internet capability that will allow computer cameras to be switched on during virtual sessions.
Certification Requirements
You are required to get at least 50% for the assessment in each module as well as the Capstone Integrated Project to receive a certificate of competence for the programme. Failing which, a certificate of attendance for the MDP (if all 6 modules were attended) or for individual modules completed successfully, will be awarded instead.
