Our Executive Development Programmes
TSB has a sought after three tier Executive Education portfolio of open and customised programmes.
Through partnerships we offer programmes in entrepreneurship (ICIE), management development in the Agri-Retail industry, and a municipal management development programme. TSB is a preferred partner of the National School of Government to offer various education, training and development programmes. In partnership with the Community Associations Institute USA (CAI) we offer a benchmark professional management development programme for community asset managers (residential estate managers) in South Africa and Africa.
The TSB is the official custodian of all management development at the Tshwane University of Technology (TUT). Our Higher Education leadership development programmes are offered to other Universities as customised programmes.
Our Executive Education offering is an official Continuous Professional Development (CPD) provider for leadership and management development programmes to professionals in industry. As a Technology University it is associated with multiple professional bodies that require registered professionals to continuously participate in continuous professional development. Our CPD programmes are fully integrated with a certification process and CPD management system.
Agribusiness Management Programme (AMP)
This equips middle managers in the Agri-Retail Industry with specic industry related skills to become more effective managers and better leaders in their organisations. This programme spans 3.5 months and is delivered online. Topics from Strategic Marketing to Supply Chain Management are covered in detail to ensure that delegates are well equipped to face challenges they may encounter in their roles.
International Certificate in Impact Entrepreneurship (ICIE)
We deem entrepreneurship as the ability to craft, develop and grow new opportunities. As such, an entrepreneurial mindset can be of great benet within organisations. Our International Certicate in Impact Entrepreneurship (ICIE) programme helps cultivate and nurture such entrepreneurial mindsets. We deliver the ICIE programme in partnership with the E4Impact Foundation and the Catholic University of Milan. It can be tailored to any industry, helping participants to better identify and maximise opportunities within their industry.

The ICIE program is an impactful programme delivered by local and international experts. It adopts a tailor-made approach focused on developing participants’ ideas into successful business plans and a exible approach designed for working people. Leadership development Programme (LDP)
Our Lead for Impact initiative supports the development of resilient, inspired, and holistically minded leaders who have the drive and courage to positively transform themselves, their communities, their organisations, and the world. Our Leadership Development Programme (LDP) will address this important focus area, including High-Impact Leadership, Women’s Executive Leadership, African Leadership and Public Leadership.
Master Class: Managing Change in the Automotive Industry
This is a half-day, instructor led masterclass aimed at those in management positions. It draws on real-world company case studies and employs a mix of lectures and facilitative discussions. Important issues such as identifying and managing change within an organisation, identifying the type of innovation that is required, and how best to lead in a given situation is covered in this hands-on masterclass.
Municipal Management Programme (MMP)
TSB is the only business school situated in Pretoria, the country’s seat of power. Along with our new strategic focus areas, we are well positioned to deliver training to this key segment. Our Municipal Management Programme (MMP) is developed to equip municipal managers with the knowledge and skills to lead with confidence.
National School of Government ETD Partner
TSB has been appointed as one of the preferred partners of the National School of Government to perform various Education, Training and Development (ETD) functions.
CAI Community Associations Institute USA - Professional Management Development Programme
MOU signed by both TUT and CAI to offer Professional Management Development Programme to Community Asset Managers in South Africa and Africa.
