Our Executive Development Programmes
Agribusiness Management Programme (AMP)
This equips middle managers in the Agri-Retail Industry with specic industry related skills to become more effective managers and better leaders in their organisations. This programme spans 3.5 months and is delivered online. Topics from Strategic Marketing to Supply Chain Management are covered in detail to ensure that delegates are well equipped to face challenges they may encounter in their roles.
International Certificate in Impact Entrepreneurship (ICIE)
We deem entrepreneurship as the ability to craft, develop and grow new opportunities. As such, an entrepreneurial mindset can be of great benet within organisations. Our International Certicate in Impact Entrepreneurship (ICIE) programme helps cultivate and nurture such entrepreneurial mindsets. We deliver the ICIE programme in partnership with the E4Impact Foundation and the Catholic University of Milan. It can be tailored to any industry, helping participants to better identify and maximise opportunities within their industry.

The ICIE program is an impactful programme delivered by local and international experts. It adopts a tailor-made approach focused on developing participants’ ideas into successful business plans and a exible approach designed for working people. Leadership development Programme (LDP)
Our Lead for Impact initiative supports the development of resilient, inspired, and holistically minded leaders who have the drive and courage to positively transform themselves, their communities, their organisations, and the world. Our Leadership Development Programme (LDP) will address this important focus area, including High-Impact Leadership, Women’s Executive Leadership, African Leadership and Public Leadership.
Master Class: Managing Change in the Automotive Industry
This is a half-day, instructor led masterclass aimed at those in management positions. It draws on real-world company case studies and employs a mix of lectures and facilitative discussions. Important issues such as identifying and managing change within an organisation, identifying the type of innovation that is required, and how best to lead in a given situation is covered in this hands-on masterclass.
Municipal Management Programme (MMP)
TSB is the only business school situated in Pretoria, the country’s seat of power. Along with our new strategic focus areas, we are well positioned to deliver training to this key segment. Our Municipal Management Programme (MMP) is developed to equip municipal managers with the knowledge and skills to lead with confidence.
